Text of Complaint by Abhishek Sharma:

My Airtel SIM Card stopped working on 09/Apr and during lockdown there is no SIM Card replacement.

I am unable to get thru Airtel customer care. The online helpline is not helpful. I am unable to do any digital transaction to buy grocery as all banks want OTP.

Please do something about it.
