I have made an online payment of Rs.1500/-( One thousand Five Hundred rupees) to Tatasky on the 25/03/2020. The payment transaction details are SBBR8652057257.
However the recharge amount doessnot reflect in my Tatasky account. I have sent them an email on 25/03/2020. And a reminder on 26/03/2020.
My complaint no: SR number: 1Z7NGR47 on 25/03/2020 and complaint no: SR number: 1Z8Z2CE3 on 26/03/2020. And they have not sorted it out till now.
