I connected with airtel customer care team and raised the ticket for relocation on 30th Aug, followed up with customer care multiple times but no response just stating that by EOD respective technician will connect with you.
Iam raising the complain on this on 3rd Sep’23, daily I followed up with customer care atleast for 6 to 7 times a day.. totally very bad experience.
Even I told them I will be moving to other brand still they are not taking this seriously.
Relocation request raised due to shifting the home, I want to hand over the keys to the respective owner and even I told my urgency even though no response.
I want to take this further process with airtel broadband
