I had recharged for 149 rs pack in Airtel on 28 January. When I checked for this pack details after my current pack expired it did’t show the details of pack 149. Today its 3rd February I called customer care and I was told that my data has been expired, so please recharge data pack.
But I already recharged 48 rs data pack on 13 January which gives 3 GB data. I use Mi smartphone and I set daily data limit up to 1.5 GB. Today It showing total consumption is 413.6 MB. According to recharge of 149 rs. I must have 1.5 GB. My complaint was not handled carefully and told to recharge data packs.
