Hello all,

I am writing this mail in regards to an issue with airtel recharge done for 598.00 on the airtel app using credit card on 6th of May.

The issue was raised with airtel customer and raised a complaint ref CUMRC3BLR20210506394713 on the same day since then I am not receiving any proper update apart email support telling me that it will take 10 days to resolve the issue.

I am following up with their email support asking for an update, what option do I have as a customer and how can I resolve the issue.

 

Please help me out with this issue.
