I have recharged my mobile (9908432289) on 24th May 2017 using my another Airtel App (9177838479)
I selected amazon pay as a payment gateway. My Money was deducted. After so many contacts with Airtel and Amazon, there is no proper response. Really feel worst experience.

The interactions happen between me and Aitel customer care and Amazon customer care. Both are blaming each other. My issue is not resolved.

So upon diving deep with the issue we have got an update from the merchant as below .
“Contact ID: 1009356449656 Given below transaction number has been successful in our reports”
When we cut a ticket and check with the merchant regarding the transaction which you have done .
They confirm us stating that it has been successful and provided a reference number as mentioned .
This would be the highest point of solution which can be provided from our end.
So in this i request you to get in touch with the merchant.
