i am belongs to a village (Tai,pin 312620) there are no data coverage from last 5 year.but i was ex employee of airtel so i use airtel as no option.but now resigned and get this number on 19 nov 2020 on my individual name as norm. 90 days complete on 17 dec. still airtel not giving UPC code.

error msg “UPC cannot be the generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”

please help to resolve this issue
