Text of Complaint by Narinder Kaur:

customer care number 121 & 198 is too much bad or busy & airtel stores executives giving wrong information. they give me time of 24 hours for starting the sim activation of postpaid to prepaid but this information is wrong. activation of sim is 4 days.that’s wrong information giving by executive to customer.I m not satisfy for airtel services.
