I have recharged my airtel no with Rs 199 pack for unlimited call benefits along with data benefits of 1.5 GB/day for 28 days. Since for a week before, I am unable to make call from my airtel no and while making a call, it is complete silence during the call.Also, I am unable to receive call in this number as while making a call, it always say that it is either swittched off or out of network coverage, while it is still swittched on and having a network coverge as shown in the network bar. The internet network of my airtel no is still working but with a very low data speed of 30-50 kB/s. Since, I have a valid plan along with the call and data benefits for which I have paid, it is highly frustrating and annonying for me to face a problem like this. I have tried to complain with the help and support option of airtel thanks app, but to no avail. I have to use this no for my office and other networks so it is much difficult for me to not able to communicate to them. I would like to
