Text of Complaint by Mansi Bhoite:

I have received a bill of INR 1219 even after disconnecting the services. The services pertaining to the number was pathetic as the internet was always down and there was no relationship manager to resolve the same. Hence, I had to apply for a new airtel connection. Further, the vendor who provided me this connection had not done the registration formalities correctly and the number was not reflecting in the airtel thanks app. Also the registered emailid was incorrect. As such, it was difficult to raise the concern and I wasn’t able to provide a cancellation request also.

I request you to thoroughly investigate the situation and resolve the issue. Please note that the number was disconnected from my residential property 2 months before and the bill is from the period I disconnected it.
