This is ridiculous,
To revert my excess amount you are torching me like anything since 13 days.
This is not acceptable
Since 8th am following you up regarding refund amount and you keep asking my account number from escalation department not less than 4-5 times since 7”seven days saying that it will be credited in 24 hours from 7 days. On post three complaints from escalation department.
But still not clue on that !!! Why ?
Why the management is soo worst .. are they sleeping or ignorance or showing attitude or taking as granted ?
If a customer don’t pay the bill you will disconnect the network right ? Then why the customer bare their excess amount with you ?
I need my amount back immediately and I demand to wave of my next bill due to the reason
– due to your WORST network I was forced to do the second payment, but both payments has accepted.
– you wasted my 13days time holding my amount with you & around six hours on calls with your worst customer care
– if you don’t .. I’ll go with portability for sure .. I have in my circle (11 numbers)
