Airtel DTH A/C No. 3015765081 was upgraded to HD on 07.05.2019 along with change of position of the antena for better connectivity. Till date the account is not activated but account balance are deducted regular basis.
Several Communications were made with Airtel DTH Customer Care via e-mail & telephone, but no solution is observed. The matter was complained to Airtel Complaint Receiving Authority but no one have shown minimum care to the fact.
They are showing extreme negligence to this fact and have no care to protect the interest of a tiny customer.
