Dear concern,
I wish to complaint about multiconnection service that I purchased on 30th August 2020 for my second TV.
I am complaining because multiple customer id created (id:3009899290 &
id : 3035376753) for same user and my primary TV is disconnected.
I had a single connection have id no.3009899290.In the month of August 2020 I had applied for a multiconnection for my second TV through online.on dated 30th August 2020 your technician from your Airtel store(address: Tikrapada, near Bhagat Singh club, Balangir,odisha-767026,mob no-09933099330/09933012345)came to my home and connect the second TV as multiconnection,but after 2days my primary TV disconnected.
When I first learned of this problem,I approached to MR KALAMANIK(MOB NO-9937049451)at your company and was told that nothing could be done about my problem.i believe that this response is unfair because mistake done at your side.
I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to here from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.if I don’t hear from you within 2days I will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternative.
