Text of Complaint by Sakshi Gupta:

Airtel is the worst service provider network. I had two issues in this month and none has been resolved yet. My recent issue is that I intended to recharge my mother’s mobile number and I had entered her number on the airtel app but after the payment, it recharged my phone number and not hers. I already had a similar recharge and the validity of that one is similar to the new one so basically, I’ve lost my money that I’ve paid.

Fraudsters, my mother’s airtel number did not receive any recharge. The most irritating and frustrating part is there is no customer service person available to register your complaints. Airtel very cunningly had removed the option of connecting to a human cc and in their useless airtel thanks app there is no option of to raise such complaints. They do not even have a chat option.

They have a bot available with only a few pre-mentioned options of grievances. Morons, at least give the option of “others”. Your dabba app has only 4 options/issues to raise,people have other concerns than that. Stop fooling us and stop your propaganda of zero complaints in a day. Airtel is the most misleading brand I’ve ever come across. False promises, no service. This is what your brand truly stands for. You’re looting us. Shame on you!
