On 11/02/2018 I have ported from airtel to vodafone , at that time I have cleared all the the outstanding of airtel .
All of a sudden last friday night my outgoing calls and net connection stopped , When I communicated to call centre excutive , they told me there is outstanding amount of 137 remainded pending from airtel ..
I go to airtel outlet and asked about the outstanding, they told , U have -59 rupees outstanding with us..Then after I talked to vodafone coustomer care excutive, she told me , to clear the outstanding , then only she can help me.
I deposited 140 rupees and received an peyment received msg from airtel also having transaction details ..today I visied vodafone outlet at naktala and show that msg to the executive.
She told me to again visit to airtel outlet and bring hard copy of the bill from airtel.i visited to airtel outlet again and asked for a hard copy of payment details, they refused to give any hard copy.
I am now in frustration and confused also , what to do …
