I am living in Pune and being in a metropolitan city I expect that I will get a good network support of Airtel. But after taking the connection I have never got a good network anywhere in the Pune.

The good internet doesn’t mean you have to get into roads for downloading and all. But as and when I get into my home my network disappears. I believe the network the pathetically bad.

I am really disappointed and above that, I am very frustrated with this network. Even their customer care numbers and not worth calling. Do not have good customer support. Recently I am facing an issue with incoming calls. No one is able to call on my number.

The good news is I am porting my network to Vodafone. I think showing ads that Airtel is the fastest network will not help the company. Good network providers do not market. And do not just market, also provide the said services.
