Sir,
I am using airtel prepaid service with mobile number 9631008334. My complaint is regarding the above mentioned subject. I received a SMS regarding deduction of Rs.50/- from my balance for some service I have not opted for. When I contacted call center they refunded the amount but I could not got to know why the service was activated without my consent. My prepaid voice call balance was deducted and again refunded on enquiry. I want to know the reason of the same and how can they debit balance from my balance without my consent.
