I had asked an Airtel Store at Carnival Infopark to port my prepaid BSNL (9496657434) sim to prepaid airtel connection.
But they have given me a postpaid connection and when I asked them to cancel the request and give a prepaid connection they have hesitated to do so and asked me to wait for 90 days.
The informations given by the customer care executives and the store dealers are not aligned. It is the store dealer liable here for his carelessness.
