Hello,

I am using Jio esim & want to Port my number from Jio Pre-Paid to Airtel Pre-Paid, but today when i visited Airtel Gallary @ Bharti House, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Mr. Mohmamed Hussain not ready to take my request to PORT from Jio To Airtel esim by saying you have to go for three months Postpaid Plan later on will allow to go for Pre-Paid. i requested for supervisor(Mr. Ravi Gor) of Mr. Hussain, but he also not ready for taking my request for esim MNP in airtel.

i asked for Gallary Incharge to connect on my complaint,but Mr. Amir Rawal, but he also not available in gallary.

This is like harassment to any customer where Mobile Network provider who is having only esim facility are not ready to port esim from Pre–Paid to Pre-Paid. where customer don’t have more usage & Network Provider forcing for Rs.499/- + GST plan.

Need action on such companies for wrong practice.
