Text of Complaint by Balasubramanian:

I have purchased a new broadband connection in aug2018 from their online sales team. They asked me to pay through a link and received the same through WhatsApp. I initially made a payment of Rs.6018 which is for 6 months package with the help of my ICICI credit card. But that payment got failed and bank deducted the money from my credit card.

When I checked the same with Airtel, they confirmed that they haven’t received the payment and asked me to try once again. So the second time I tried the payment with my ICICI debit card and the payment was successful. After this payment I got the connection and I started using the same. So, for the deducted money from my credit card which got failed initially, I raised a concern with bank Complaint no: SR561354274. They gave me a temporary refund and started checking with Airtel side for confirmation of payment.

But Airtel has confirmed the bank as the payment is not received and deducted the money from my credit card again in the month of November 2018.

After this I raised a complaint with Airtel and till now Airtel hasn’t resolved the complaint even after a follow-up for 1 week. So my money I lost with these guys and everytime a person will call from Airtel and ask the problem description right from the beginning. Totally frustrated with the service from Airtel. Attached are the proof for my complaint. Please check and give me a possible solution. Thanks,
