Respected sir/madam,
AIRTEL BROADBANDS PLAN CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND OF RS 6789
ACCOUNT NO: 7037363826
I was on 799 monthly plan until April 2020, on 18th April I upgraded plan to 999 plan and paid Rs 6789 for 6month rental.
Since than my account has not been upgraded and Airtel has cancelled my plan without my consent and no refund has been processed.
I have called them multiple times only to be told someone will call within 24/48hrs everyday.
My 1st complain with Airtel was closed without proper resolution
My 2nd compliant 11910058 status says resolved by only crediting Rs 1005 which is not justified when I have paid Rs 6789 for 6month plan.
