I had booked a ticket from Trivandrum to Chennai today thru’ travelook site., with reference number REF902046565. After making payment of Rs.4323/-, got a mail ” Awaiting Confirmation”.Sice this doesn’t happen normally, I called them up,after some wait, a girl answered, and told the booking has been cancelled, and a mail to that effect was sent to me., tellin g the money will be reimbursed within 7 working days. I was arguing that thjis doesn’t happen normally, and what exactly wwas the issue.
She then told me it was cancellation from the airline side, and told me to rebook, and the second one will not be cancelled, as she will take care of that. I somewhow got tricked and booked once again, now with reference number REF118722406, after once again paying Rs.4323/-. When I called again twice, the call was cut from their end, after the waiting time. Then I called from land phone, which they picked, and told me to wait again for 30 mts. When I started making fuss, she told I will get a call back once the flight is booked. I got a call back, and got a mail confirming the ticket. Now is the MAIN TRICK. When I checked in Indigo site with the issued PNR, the reply came that such a PNR is not there. And after that, they are cutting the call once it is connected after the initial wait.
The end result – I don’t have the ticket, and have lost 8646/- also.
