Worst service by Paytm– I have been trying since 3 months to get refund my air tickets fare.
My case in detail in below:
I have booked the flight tickets for family 4 members : Hyderabad To Goa and Goa to Hyderabad with Go Air & Air Asia airlines in last year April 2020.
In March , I have received GST invoice refund from Go Air and Air Asia , amount had transferred to Paytm Agent.
Since march I am following up with Paytm, no use and getting silly reasons and random timelines.
Reason1: Payment failed at gateway, so share your account details( Shared account details on April 8th with cancel cheque).
Reason2: By May 10th you will get sms to confirm payment method, so that you will get money. Big bullwhip happened, no message, no update, no one can bother about this.
