Text of Complaint by Shivpujan Verma:

Dear Service Team,

I highly regret to inform you about the Technical Glitch that i experienced while booking a domestic flight to Lucknow from Mumbai on MMT portal.

On 13th April’21, I was booking a domestic flight to Lucknow from Mumbai. It was a GO AIR Flight, Pnr no OD1P8K.

I was booking that flight for journey date of 14th April’21 and same was the details filled by me while booking the flight on MMT portal. I undergo a normal process and when i got my e-tickets, the journey date on it was of 14th July’21 instead of 14th April ’21 i.e. 3 months Later.
As soon as i saw that thing, first thing i tried is to make contact with your team, but due to covid protocols, your teams were not reachable over the phone and it was directing me to go with automated query solving tool.
That Flight ticket costs me Rs 4245/- and i was trying the cancelation, it was only showing Rs 600.
Then i tried my best to reach Go air customer service. After a discussion over 25 mins they told me to contact you for the same with a reason that it was a technical glitch from MMT as tickets booked from MMT portal.
I am damn annoyed taking followups and reaching your team, And today i finally got this email to reach you.
I am mentally harassed by this process many a times i tried connecting your team.
I want my full refund of Rs 4245 from MMT.
I allow you to cancel the air tickets from your end and credit me my Rs 4245 at earliest.
I am an average guy and in need of my hard earned money in this covid lockdown.
