My Complaint Against Paytm Booking ID- 10459557648
I book Go air Ticket on paytm date 18-may-2020. Mumbai to Lucknow Due to Covid19
Flight was Cancelled by Go air.Now in March 2021 Go Air Refund the the cancellation amount to Paytm. I made many calls to paytm customer care but not get proper response.First 6 calls the said that refund TAT is 7 dasy. Now today i again call to customer care and they are telling refund TAT is for 4 week.No senior are ready to take complaint calls,Two time they put me on hold for more then 20 min.
Pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour with poor customer service
