We brought some parts from Mumbai our supplier on 16th sent this by DTDC via air shipment but the item was not delivered even after 5days. We tried to call customer care. He said your address is untraceable it has came back if you want us to deliver again you need to pay again. When i questioned him he abused me used ugly words and disconnected. Later our supplier has given one number to call, I called him and asked why non of your phone number which you mentioned in your official website is not working he also replied arrogantly and disconnected. After 2days on 19th from dabaspete Bangalore office called me when I asked him why so late we need this item very urgently for that we booked air shipment service but your calling us after 5days. He also started abusing me demanded to pay when is questioned why should I pay it is already paid he disconnected the call and not delivered.
