I traveled from Tirupati to Hyderabad on 27-Nov-2021 on AI 541.
2 bags were checked in, and only 1 bag was received in baggage claim belt upon arrival at Hyderabad. I have filled in the form for tracing and delivery of the bag with AI ground staff. However till date there is proper response from the call centre, nor is the bag traced and delivered.
