Hello Sir/ Mam,
I had booked “shailesh international hotel” Goa on 5th December for me and my wife. I booked it for 3 nights from 20 Dec to 23 Dec. Rs 4081.87 amount got automatically deducted on 8 Dec as card details were saved while booking. We didn’t receive booking confirmation mail but on the app it was showing that payment done status . Free cancellation was applicable till 12 Dec, we cancelled booking on 10th Dec. Now on site it shows no payment was made so no refund.
I have provided supporting documents.
1) Money deduction message
2) booking confirmation pdf.
3) netbanking deduction screenshot.
Seems its site issue, please refund my amount asap.
