I have booked hotel OYO 1001 palmtree corporate anna nagar through Agoda.com for check-in 27th Dec2021. But hotel denied saying booking not received and they don’t have tie-up with Agoda. A family of Elder people and kid stood on road after travelled 400km to chennai. Need proper solution of a refund/ claim for this as this has affected both our health and mind.
