We made booking with Agoda for Hotel Savoy IHCL Ooty, Check in 16 Apr 2023, check out 21 Apr 2023. 2 Rooms for 8 Adults
The booking confirmation clearly mentioned All meals are included, but at the property they said only Breakfast is Included and I was forced to pay extra charges of INR 221840 for Lunch and Dinner for 5 days
When asked the Hotel for the reason, they said Agoda had first booked with us for All meals and then they cancelled and rebooked for same rooms with Breakfast only
