I made a booking through agoda website which was of Rs 2320 on 27 july 2021. i made the payment through the State Bank Of India Debit Card further i received a message regarding the amount being dedeucted from my acc and the merchant name was ‘Retail Domestic PT’
when i checked my booking i saw there was no booking in my name and further on calling agoda team 5 times they say we didn’t get the money and we are not responsible for it for which it was agoda app only which directed me to the payment gateway page.
