Hi
The booking of an apartment at sunshine, candolim, goa was made through Agoda app. The booking was made on 26 December 2021 for (31st DEC 2021 to 1st JAN 2022) and the Booking ID #626580573. The booking was also confirmed on the same day. When we reached the place, we couldn’t find the Booked Hotel. After calling the property owner (Ph.no in Agoda App) it was told there was no such booking made and all their rooms were already full. And their contract with Agoda has been canceled before. And after searching for so long, We have directly booked another hotel. We tried calling customer care, but weren’t able to connect and we couldn’t find any email id for the Agoda team. Can anyone help.
