Hi Agoda,
I had a worst experience i took stay at alternative property with so high rates although i was not having money but i had to stay in the city. Somehow I stayed with my kids & a patient was also there….
As per your advice i stayed at alternative property and provided you the invoice please refund the difference amount. There are a total 4 bill for each room and the per bill cost was INR 19600 and it was totally a cash payment hotel. They won’t accept credit card.
Arrival: June 26, 2023
Departure: July 3, 2023
Kindly check the invoice attached below and provide refund of difference amount.
