Hello,
I made a booking on Agoda app for a stay at hotel Enkay residency V block gurugram. The payment was successfully made and got the booking ID.
I went to hotel today morning and provided them the booking ID. They denied that they didn’t got any booking from Agoda for this. I tried to get in touch with the Agoda over call and no one was giving the resolution. They said they will sent a mail or will give a call and update the same but nothing. I was standing at hotel reception like anything.
I already made the payment of 2729.67 for this stay. But now no one is helping me out for the same.
