I had made a transaction from a hotel aggregator app Agoda but upon payment vide my debit card and deduction from my account I was informed by the app that my booking did not go through. Initially I tried to contact the Hotel aggregator about the refund of the amount deducted but was informed that no payment was received by them. On further enquiry of my bank statement I got to know that the amount was credited to ECOM-Retail Domestic PT , Mumbai MHIN-N9900360-3000. Further there were already may complaints of similar nature in consumer courts. Therefore please take some action against this company so that other consumers are not defrauded by this company in the future. I have also registered complaint in my bank regarding this fraudulent transaction. Amount Involved 14378.

Same thing happend on agoda app money got deducted but booking not made. And money not refunded
