Text of Complaint by RAMESH RAVAL:

I WAS PAYMENT OF MY ELECTRICITY BILL OF RS.3417 ON 22ND SEPT 2021 THROUGH PAYTM.AT THE SAME TIME AMOUNT OF RS.3417 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY PAYTM LINKED BANK ACCOUNT.BUT AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ELECTRICITY BILL ACCOUNT.THAT WAS FAILED BY PAYTM.SO PAYTM IS NOT CREDIT TRANSACTION FAILED AMOUNT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.I WAS CONTINOUSLY CALL AND TEXT message TO PAYTM HELP CENTRE.YET THEY ARE NOT ANY REPLY.SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AGAISNT PAYTM.HERE I AM ATTCAHED TRANSACTION FAILED REPORT .
