Image Uploaded by Arusha N:I had a very bitter experience with one of the swiggy delivery boys named Mohan V. I ordered food for my friend and provided detailed address. I was trying to direct him to the location but he refused to listen to me by yelling at me saying that he doesnt wish to go any further. I am ok if he doesnt want to deliver but his behaviour is more concerning and alarming. Swiggy customer care guy was on conference call with me and him and he did not utter a word while the delivery guy was yelling at me, which was more unsafe and unacceptable. There is no proper justification from swiggy or the delivery guy for this unsafe behaviour with the customers.
