I received a stale food I had ordered on zomato to which I brought the matter to the notice of zomato helpline. They responded with a promise of refunding the amount which was not even half of what I had paid for that stale food. Even though they claimed that they had initiated the refund amount(rs 119) , not agreed by me though, I have not received even that .
