I am.using vodafone for last 5 years. I recharged by vodafone prepaid number on 23rd Nov 18 with 245 TT plan. I got update that my outgoig validity is till 14th feb 2019. And yesterday i got following msg
.You are on new plan wef 08Oct18. For best offers dial *121#.To extend service validity by 28 days recharge with RC24 or above(dial *444*24# to use TT bal).
I recharged by dialing *444*24# but nothing happened. My outgoing validity didnt increased. My balance got cut from Talktime amount. Looks like they r cheating people. Pls do take some action against this unlawful things.
