Dear Sir,
i had registered a complaint today at 5:49am ( complaint no.210223077068)
its already taken 6 hours.
but no staff has reach to me.
every time on 18001806507 i had requested to do the needful , and they told me each time to wait for a while.
but this is now unbearable.
kindly do the needful asap.
without electricity we are in a trouble.
