Actually Amazon is not letting us pay on delivery option and taking money of the product before the delivery only. And at the time of delivery there delivery team don’t provide contact details of delivery person and just says out for delivery and simply there delivery agent forward them that I told them to reschedule my delivery. He even didn’t inform me neither he ever contacted me without letting me know he just reschedule by himself on 29th july . Then today 30th july it was again out for delivery and what he did this time that the item is delivered but I didn’t received anything and now customer team of Amazon says that it will be delivered by 6 August why I should wait that much? This is not done I want to contact that delivery agent how he did this scam.
