AFTER SENDING OFFICIAL BANK LETTER, 1XBET STARTED ASKING FOR NEW THINGS AGAIN

My ₹49,700 withdrawal has been missing for more than 40 days.

1xBet first claimed the payment was successful. When I reported that the money never reached my account, they asked for bank statements. I provided them.

Then they asked for transaction history. I provided it.

Then they asked for an official bank confirmation letter stating that the funds were not received. I contacted my bank and provided the signed and stamped letter.

After receiving the official bank letter, instead of resolving the issue, they started asking for more and more documents.

Now they have asked for:

* Video recordings of my bank account
* Additional statement periods
* Repeated verification documents

The problem is simple:

Where is my ₹49,700 withdrawal?

Every time I provide exactly what they ask for, a new request appears instead of a resolution.

I have fully cooperated, provided every document requested, and even obtained official confirmation from my bank that the funds were not received.

After more than 40 days, I am still waiting for either:

1. Proof that ₹49,700 was credited to my account, or
2. The missing funds to be returned.
