Dear Senior Management / Grievance Redressal Officer,
I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my loan account. Despite making the full and final payment of my loan and providing payment proof, my account has still not been updated. In addition, I continue to receive payment reminder emails and collection calls demanding payment, which is causing unnecessary inconvenience and disturbance.

The payment was successfully completed, and I have attached the payment receipt screenshot as proof. I have also previously emailed the payment details and requested loan closure and issuance of the NOC.
However, despite receiving my payment:
My loan account has not been updated.
I continue to receive payment reminder emails.
I continue to receive collection calls demanding payment.
My NOC has not yet been issued.
This situation is unacceptable. Continuing collection activities after receiving full repayment reflects inaccurate records and may adversely affect my credit history and financial standing.
I therefore request the following immediate actions:
Update my payment in your system without further delay.
Mark Loan Account No. BLSMPLZ000393552 as fully closed.
Issue my No Objection Certificate (NOC) immediately.
Stop all collection calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and any other payment reminders.
Provide written confirmation of loan closure and NOC issuance.
