Hi Agoda
I’m disappointed with all Agoda customer support executive, who were in contact with me.
First and foremost, I would like to explain my situation.
I booked a property for 2 rooms for 4 people from 20th June 2023 – 27th June 2023, I was about to check-in late at night . unfortunately On 20th June I met with an accident so missed my train .
Then the very next day i reach to the destination’s station I called property (+918862939819) Mr Gulshan Kumar
He is the owner of the property and asked the purpose of the stay, then I told there is a family event, and we are family.
He asked me the booking amount i told INR 4982.22 in which 2 rooms with breakfast, informed me that I calling you
back in 5min, then i got call from owner’s number and said we cannot accommodate you in this tariff you have to
charges INR 1500 excluded TAX per room per day without breakfast.
Then I contacted Agoda Chat support and explained everything. Agoda contacted the booking partner and the booking partner said.
property is not ready to accommodate in the original booking amount then again, I called to the property shall I come.
Owner started screaming he didn’t get any call/msg/mail from the booking partner nor Agoda.
Same I informed on the Agoda chat support and he ended the conversation I was telling please don’t end my
conversation until I get a resolution.
Then I Called Agoda Customer support, connected with the Agent. I explained all situations to her and moreover I
contacted your team via chat at around 11am and till 5pm I didn’t get any resolution. I begged her a lot.
I had meeting from 3pm and i met with accident, but she put me on hold for long- long time, she was laughing on the
call, making fun of my frustration. I was repeating my sentences, but she was not understanding.
She informed me to book an alternate property and provide an invoice but when I asked for the same, she couldn’t.
I requested a lot to make me speak with the Supervisor/Manager, but she couldn’t.

I am really stuck in between. I never see any support team like this, everyone is escaping to resolve a query.
Worst experience ever!
