For Booking IDNR7200259219731978 Reference PNR#8444286386, Date of Travel #16-Nov-2021.
The passenger was not allowed to travel, because the booking was still waitlisted after chart preparation.
By law, it should be automatically canceled.
But yet I didn’t receive any refund amount, and I had also opted for Free cancellation.
