I ordered xiaomi 40 inch tv, which have exchange of my old tv at 30 may,22, that time delivery show the delivery date is 9th june, and clearly mentioned install date is next date10th June, where inform me email or msg thought the company,order deliver at 9 th June, but now 2 days to go 11 june no msg no call no email r they didnot send but the problem is my side old tv is already pickup for exchange, when I contact customer care for solution they just casually said my problem is notice forward to higher authority, company representative comes to contact 13th june. Why I am waiting for those days why ?they harassing me, I’m a flip kart+ customer, no respond no suggest please take necessary action
