Dear Sir,I have booked food item from Madhuram Sweets,Mira road Mumbai through Zomato by paying full money in advance,delivery address was also accurate, but Zomato didn’t deliver it & cancelled order without refund and without prior intimation & fraudulent reasons. Also Cut 100% as cancellation charges. This is cheating. ORDER DETAILS: Order no 4129492661, dt 18.06.2022 at 6.36PM.
