We have been dealing with M/s Millenium handicrafts in Moradabad With Mr. Tauqeer Hussain regarding products they use to manufacture.

5/6 months ago we got a sample of tray made from them for our client & during that time they did not mention anything about payment against sample. The sample got rejected from our client & therefore we didn’t place it further with them. After onwards I gave them order to make 2 types of metal mirror tray one in gold & one in silver. Gold mirror trays were fine & we place 10 pcs order, the silver mirror tray was received damaged & this was intimated immediately on call & on WhatsApp at the time of arrival which was 6/7 months ago. And the since we had received damage PC of the silver metal mirror tray the conversation regarding payment was sorted & they agreed upon & said they will make another & send which we never received it date.

now, recently before Diwali without asking for sample we placed an order for Enamel quoted boxes & paid advance for the same. Due to few reasons my client has postponed the order until Christmas this year. So we told Tauqeer the owner of Millenium Handicrafts to keep the amount & create a sample of the same meanwhile, which he didn’t make it date & due to his ignorance I told him not to make anymore. Meanwhile I had placed an order for 2 designs of gold metal mirror tray 10 pcs each. So we said from the advance paid you deduct the cost of the 20 trays & keep the balance for our next order.

But later my client demanded refund i told Mr. Tauqeer to refund the amount as requested by my client.
from that day onwards he started making excuses of holiday & all. Slowly one day he talks about the above mentioned 2 samples which had made but never mentioned about the payment of that.  Now he claims if we do not pay him for the damaged tray & other small mdf sticker pasted tray he will not refund the amount.

why should we Pay for the damage sample & the payment which was never discussed.

just because we trusted them & asked them to keep the balance & now when the time came to refund he is claiming such cost which was never spoken about. This clearly shows they do not have any intention of refunding our payment.

such companies should be ceased as they are non reliable.
