Congratulations for 1 year Anniversary of my issue which exist and with additional issues.
Core service issues
1.During conversation if Customer is happy then only sms comes for feedback, Why this customized feedback collection?
2.When there is no answer to customer for raised issue then Automatically phone get disconnected? We as a customer know this why, check your such cases
3.My case is raised feb 2018 and most impt point was No follow-up calls or incase we ask update they raise new case, Why ? To hide case age?
4.There are various time additional amount has been deducted even though few rupee or paise ? Check the number if such cases in your records I need reason and answer
5. As you guys charging beyond limit then we also bound to doesn’t leave even a paise, jan bill contain 0.50 paise for sms however out of 100 sms my I used only 86 sms then how come this charge ? Ot means if you charge such things with 1cr people u will have 1cr amount?? Yes.
6.So many times I faced network issue, slow speed in last few months while conversation even Executive on phone says sir our merger is happening and hence we are working, Who will pay for inconvenience to us ? Where network not availability even in city like Andheri n Miraroad ? Why no discount in bill then ?
7.No Escalation process as there are number of cases which are having aging and many calls closed without confirmation , check why even my case having open so long it doesn’t escalated ?
We are customer we know all stuff , we don’t report much it doesn’t mean no issues. Out of 100 having issues only one calls help number it means they are huge issues at ground solve it else soon huge % of customer like us since long time 8 to 10 years you will loose for sure.
Solve all issues, revert back each question which has been asked.
Just now when I called n ask all my question executive name was pooja on phone as there was no answer to my queries as usual phone disconnected n I received msg” Hello! Your service registration number 514409622 is registered on 15-FEB-19. We shall respondto your query by Saturday 16-Feb-19 02:16p.m.”
