Text of Complaint by Subramnaym:

1. Unfortunately I am Airtel customer since 10+ year. You can history of may payments.
2. Coming to the point: 1) We are not using Broad Brand connection since March 1st. 2) some end of March around, tried to put the connection in Safe custody- tried calling customer care, no help or not reachable. Tried doing Website not possible. Tried By IVR- till some point it was after that not again not able to do it. Send several emails no response— you can check emails. Finally, after many tries, was able to fix it only in April 2020 and or so.
3. My request is pls review over issues- 1) Deduct any Late fee, as it’s not my problem 2) Give discount as April month 3) As I am not paying you suspended complete connection- why should I pay for the suspended period
Give the final amount after reviewing the above I will pay it on same day.

3. 2 Airtel associates called me, explained same. They said they will come back no update. Created several service requests no update. Funny part is ticket is closed saying that resolved- not sure what is the resolution. Several emails no action

Airtel is becoming pathetic… you guys are really eating customer rights…. even today you are not reachable on 198 or 121
